Annual and Trustee meeting 22.1.20

In Attendance: Mandy Wagg, Lauren Burrison, Emma Kandjou, Jo Ayres, Rebecca Kearns, Jayne Cozens, Kimberley Glasel.

Apologies: Jade Butterick and Sophie Watson


Trustees are now: Kim, Lauren, Sophie Jo, Emma, Rebecca and Jade. These are all up to date on with the charity commission.


Moving forward Jo will be charity secretary. Standing agenda items will be: Finance, group running, fundraising, feedback, Advertising, trustees opting in and, managing complaints (hopefully not required) and any other business.


Moving forward Emma will manage the bank account online. Sophie and Jo are registered with the bank. Lauren, Kimberley and Rebecca to be added by Emma. There is a trustee chat group on Facebook and all trustees are on there for communication.


Charity commission document. The charity annual report was due for 2018 and was late. So that we are not late again Mandy has done them for 2018 and 2019.

In January next year 2021 we need to complete a report and finance for all of 2020, so from today we much keep a note of activities and money, to make this easier. Emma will manage money adn the starting balance is £382.62. Mandy will manage feedback.


Today: we are offering 2 group on a Wednesday at Clenchwarton Methodist church. 1pm and 7pm. Afternoons are shut for a while whilst the floor is being laid.


We also have the possibility of starting a Monday afternoon at Marshland Hall. Kimberley has volunteered to support this, starting 10th February 2pm.


Mandy will update the website for current info, new logo and fancier front. Kimberley is happy to mange the social media aspect.


Advertising: banner is up at the library, cards are being given out by midwives. Social media needs to be active daily. Everyone asked to contribute. Kimberley to manage and post.


Everyone thanked for supporting and building this community, next meeting due June 2020 and then December 2020 to prepare the next report on time.
